We dedicate this book to the Indian River Community College Foundation in Fort Pierce, Florida, which has provided scholarships to thousands of deserving students who would not otherwise have been able to attend college.

We are pleased to contribute all proceeds from the sale of this book directly to the IRCC Foundation to be used in the areas of student, instructional, and facility support to provide better access and opportunities for students to continue their education. Many schools have slogans. But IRCC lives up to its slogan “Where the student is the most important person on campus!” in a sincere and effective way.

Massey, IRCC President, and Jimmie Anne Haisley, Executive Director of the IRCC Foundation, for their strong leadership and courage to explore the art of communication.
